Northern Ireland now has full access to the 111 Helpline on coronavirus. This is available 24/7 to provide advice, for those who may have concerns.
Contacting your GP: If you are worried about symptoms, contact your GP via telephone. Anyone with flu-like symptoms is advised not to go to your GP’s surgery or to A&E but to seek advice over the telephone.

COVID-19 DIRECTIVES FOR THE DIOCESE OF DOWN AND CONNOR – Public Health Advice
Aware of growing public anxiety, out of particular concern for the more vulnerable members of our community and to avoid any confusion, we are updating our directives with effect from Wednesday 18 March 2020
All members of our parishes, clergy and diocesan employees should adhere to the public health advice, which includes:
- good hand and respiratory hygiene
- Self-isolation if you are unwell
- travel advice
